Comminity Plate
History
Community Plate opened in April of 2011. We created a place that brings a fresh take on the local hangout. This rustic restaurant features original hardwood floors and large barnwood tables. The atmosphere paired with Chef de Cuisine Jesse Kincheloe's take on traditional american fare sets Community Plate apart. Our goal is to bring local sustainable ingredients to your table.
Specialties
Here at Community Plate we focus on fresh local ingredients. 90% of what we use comes from 45 miles or less. We start our days with traditional breakfast fare and amazing coffee, then move in to yummy sandwiches and fresh made soups and salads for lunch seven days a week. We have all Oregon produced red and white wine. We also have a large assortment of micro-brews and stumptown coffee available. We are a little untraditional but we're proud of it. We don't make stuff when it isn't in season and yes that includes our own ketchup. This is about eating real food in a cool atmosphere. Supporting McK Ranch, Worden Hill Farm, Gaining Ground Farm and Oakhill Organics.
