Customer service! I was there at around 8:30am cane across approximately 5 employees who wanted to visit with each other then helping any customers, note I was the only customer in the store....

Service was horrible, with hardly any customers in the store and zero customers in the feed department it still took 15 minutes to get somebody over to the animal feed counter to get two items...

Realize good help is hard to find, but if you work in customer service, then give service with a smile, not with an attitude. Won't be back.
