Cumulus Broadcasting, a subsidiary of Cumulus Media, is the second-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States based on station count. The company owns and/or operates approximately 350 FM and AM radio stations, which serve midsize and smaller cities throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. In the Eugene, Ore., market, Cumulus operates four FM radio stations KUJZ, KZEL, KNRQ and KEHK with formats ranging from jazz to classic rock as well as two AM talk radio stations, KUGN and KSCR. Headquartered in Atlanta, Cumulus has operations in nearly 70 media markets concentrated primarily in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. Cumulus Media s stock is traded on NASDAQ under the symbol CMLS.
