It services include surface water management and wastewater, public health, and environmental protection services. Its surface water management division deals with flooding and pollution and protection of fish in the water. It also manages storm drain pipelines, ditches, streets, and water projects. It additionally provides customer services, such as bills, rates, disposal and sweeping schedule services. Its plans and projects include streams, storm water management, water supply study, and temperature management plans, and capital and stream enhancement projects. Clean Water Services operates four wastewater treatment plants and more than 35 pump stations. It is located in Hillsboro, Ore.
