Clatsop Care Center Health District

Established in 1926, Clatsop Care Center is a nonprofit, community-owned, long-term care facility. It offers skilled, residential and intermediate care services and provides 24-hour nursing care with medications, meals, rehabilitation and activities of daily living. The organization provides licensed physical therapy and psychological and mental health services.
