Citizens Photo is a locally owned film lab in Portland, Oregon, established in 1946. The lab specializes in a wide range of film and digital processing and printing services, including developing C41 and E6 film from 35mm to 8x10 and black and white film up to 11x14.

In the 1980's when I was new to Portland I purchased equipment and had film developed at Citizens photo. I don't live in that area so a few weeks ago dropped a roll of Ilford Black and white...

Took my 35mm film to be developed here. Fast and friendly service from a small shop. They had a quick turnaround time and I am very pleased with my photos, so I will definitely be using them again!
