History

Chat Cat started as the mascot to Cellular Etc., an AT&T Wireless dealer, in Medford, Oregon, with a focus on accessories and customer service. Later Cellular Etc. dropped its proper name for the DBA of Chat Cat, and opened its first Grants Pass, Oregon store with Edge Wireless as its provider. Edge was then purchased by AT&T, and eventually, Chat Cat dropped AT&T to focus on accessories for all mobile devices along with mobile device repair with state of the art equipment and certified technicians.

We specialize in Liquid/Water Damage Treatments, LCD and glass touch screen replacements, battery replacements, speaker and microphone malfunctions, and charging port issues. But, we can trouble shoot almost anything! Chat Cat's minimum evaluation fee is only $50, and many times we can fix your standard, messaging or smart phone within that price! We work on most all brands as well, specializing in: Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy models I, II, III and IV, HTC, LG, Black Berry, Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, Blu, Likuid, MaxWest, ZTE, and more! Chat Cat certified technicians also work on other mobile devices like iPads, iPods, Samsung and other brand Tablets, Samsung Tabs, Samsung Notes, e-Readers (Kindles, Nooks and more) All Mobile Device Repair & unique, quality accessories for most all mobile devices (cell phones, iPods, tablets, e-readers, etc.).
