A dream became a reality in the spring of 2018. After being diagnosed with schizophrenia years ago, Castro became unable to work. Fighting for years to gain control over his illness and continuing to have a deep passion for cooking the flavor of his people, Castro's Dawgz was born. Starting off small with just a hotdog cart, Castro's Dawgz has come leap and bounds. With a new trailer and bigger equipment, he has been able to bring more flavors of the islands to your bellies.
