So disappointed today with my lunch. I ordered a big Carl and it came with a thin patty and lettuce that was it. I asked for the salt to be left off the fries and they were salted.

Worst experience I've ever had eating a burger. Never going here again! all the food was cold and the bun was disintegrating. -10/10
