This is a horrible company with no customer service ethic. Our stereo broke, they received the money from the extended warranty company and refused to put in a new radio. A dishonorable group....

I bought a Kenwood stereo for my car and an extended warranty. the Kenwood stereo failed and Car Toys said the radio went bad and needed to be replaced. that was in August. Now they tell me...

Had to take car back multiple time for the stereo & alarm system we purchase and paid a hefty price for. After 6 month it still doesn't work as they said it would and will be seeking out another...
