Loved this spot! I arrived 10 minutes to closing, so I was nervous the barista would be annoyed - but they were honestly a pleasure. I got an iced ube latte & iced coffee, both of which were good....

I enjoyed an excellent mug of Latte. The Latte was perfectly prepared. Nice spaces to get work done! Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
