Butterfly Park in Portland, Oregon is a charming 1-acre urban park located along the Willamette River, providing a natural habitat for butterflies such as mourning cloaks and orange sulphurs. The park features walking paths, a rock garden with native flowering plants, and a variety of bird species like cedar waxwings and killdeer.

Developed over a decade by the South Portland Neighborhood Association and Portland Parks Recreation, Butterfly Park is one of the region's smallest yet most biologically productive greenspaces. Visitors can enjoy views of Ross Island and the river while exploring this peaceful sanctuary in the heart of the city.
