The Bulletin, a 30,000-circulation daily newspaper, is located in a state-of-the-art building and plant on the west side of Bend, Ore. The 87,000-square-foot facility spans 10 acres and includes a press capable of producing 500 papers a minute. The Bulletin reaches the majority of Central Oregon adults. It is delivered to Gilchrist, La Pine, Sunriver, Bend, Sisters, Redmond, Terrebonne, Prineville, Madras and Warm Springs, Ore. The newspaper is one of many owned by Western Communications. The parent firm is a family-owned corporation founded by Robert W. Chandler. It owns almost 10 publications throughout Oregon and California.

Been taking the Bulletin for almost 17 years. Not a bad paper and for this first 15 years delivery was reliable. Now we probably get 5 or 6 missed deliveries per month. Service is pathetic.
