Very nice in person but apparently it takes an hour to change oil on a 1200 sportster....that's weird, takes me 25 min max both oils now that I know what I'm doing. Non Harley brand spark plugs...

Worked on my bike and did not tighten several things including my bars !!!! Rode it home and crashed causing damages to my left knee and the bike and took my money I do not recommend
