Boris Rozenberg, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-West Hills. He enjoys building lifelong relationships with his patients and staying up to date on the latest medical advances so he can help them make the best health decisions for their individual circumstances. “All people have unique qualities and values that are important to them,” he says. “It’s my job to take those into account to provide the best patient-centered care that I can.” A graduate of the University of Washington, he attended medical school at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Dr. Rozenberg speaks Russian.

Dr. Joanna E. O'Leary is a board-certified neurologist in Portland, OR. She is also the co-medical director of the Providence Movement Disorders Center. Her practice focuses on movement disorders and general neurology. Dr. O'Leary became a neurologist to work with patients who have challenging diseases. She also enjoys working with a large number of general neurology patients.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Wes completed his undergraduate studies in linguistics and anthropology at Emory University. After a year spent teaching English in South Korea, he decided to pursue a career in Speech-Language Pathology and earned his graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has experience serving both adult and pediatric clients in the private practice, home health, and telehealth settings, and has enjoyed his role in outpatient rehabilitation at Providence St. Vincent Rehab since 2019. Wes treats a variety of conditions including stroke, concussion and TBI, progressive neurological diseases, cognitive deficits including those related to long COVID, stuttering, and voice and swallowing disorders.
