The Simply Begin Again Courses offers an exploration of the current science of mindfulness and meditation, detailed instruction in mindfulness-awareness meditation, mindful movement and practices for cultivating self-compassion, resilience and more. This course is offered in fall, winter and spring sessions. Classes are 75 minutes once a week for 8 weeks. Fall Session Course runs September 22- November 10.
