Widmer Brewing Company

Brothers Kurt and Rob Widmer founded Widmer Brothers Brewing Company in 1984. The Widmer brothers have created original beers and overseen the entire brewing process from fresh grains to finished beers, brewing authentic European and American style beers. The Widmer brothers special brewing yeast was obtained from the world-renowned Brewing Research Institute in Weihenstephan, Bavaria. This special yeast has been maintained at Widmer s brewery for more than 19 years and is an important part of the Widmer Brothers brewing process.
