Tom Brasier attended undergraduate school at Lewis & Clark College & law school at UC Hastings Law school in San Francisco, where he also worked for a criminal defense firm before returning with his family to the Portland are to ex-tern under Judge Stewart of the Multnomah County Family Courts.
