History

Boss Hawgs BBQ started as a drive through kiosk in Junction City Oregon for the first 2 years. After much success and a growing catering department, we relocated to a full service restaurant with a small lounge. In 2013 the catering side of the business grew substantially and it was decided to sell the restaurant and focus on the catering and outdoor events. In 2014 Boss Hawgs catered food for weddings and corporate outings from 20 to 1500 guest per day. Boss Hawgs also has a Food Cart that can be found serving great food around Lane County and beyond.

Boss Hawgs Catering serves authentic Texas style BBQ with traditional and gourmet homemade side dishes. Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, St Louis Ribs, Tri-Tip, Fresh Salmon Award winning Beef Brisket and BBQ Sauces. Serving Parties large and small.
