I have been a licensed massage therapist in Oregon for over ten years. I recently decided to open my own practice in the beautiful NW Portland neighborhood.

Specialties

I utilize an integrated approach to massage therapy. I specialize in Deep Tissue massage techniques combined with more subtle techniques such as Cranial Sacral Therapy designed to reduce pain and increase mobility. I listen to my clients' needs and get to the root of the problem quickly and effectively. Have you been injured in an auto accident? I am especially skilled at treating musculoskeletal pain associated with that type of injury.
