Body Back brings fitness together with nutrition for a true results based program. This program is strictly for women but not limited to moms. Classes run in 8 week sessions and are offered in SW/SE Portland, West Linn, Tigard, Beaverton, Tualatin and Lake Oswego. Body Back offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a nutrition plan, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. You will see that anything is possible! The workouts have been clinically proven in a University research study to help women lose the weight and get their body back.
