Blue Star Salon was started with the idea that everyone deserves a fantastic haircut, color, & style in a beautiful space without costing a total fortune. We created a 'High Quality Casual' atmosphere, that suits Bend not only for its local residents but also for those visiting & wanting a quality hair experience. 20 years of hairdressing & Salon experience went into the design & quality of the everyday workmanship.
