Bills is probably one of the most dirtiest restaurants I've ever seen in my life. There were cobwebs/Dust and dirt on the pipes, windows, window sills. Seats and tables were dirty as well. Yuck...

I love a local dive bar with great food as much as anyone. But if you call yourself a steak house, you'd better serve up a pretty decent steak at least, That's what I was hoping to find at Bills....
