I don't know what's going in with best buy, but the service is terrible. It has been one hour that I am waiting for someone to help me. Really!!! I am not coming back.

Picking up my work laptop. Best Buy's app and website are NOT friends. At the beginning of September, I started a new job. My boss ordered me a laptop from Best Buy. He is in LA, and I'm in PDX....
