Really difficult to get service. Wouldn't even answer phone. Everyone's busy doing nothing. I don't think they're offering service anymore.

Supposedly when you buy a new Honda, you are supposed to get free map upgrades for 5 years. However, Bend Honda is unable to upgrade. This is in the terms of agreement when you purchase the vehicle.
