Urmmmm the price!!!! $7 for a small ice cream, really? There are other options in Bend and I think $7 is bummed up too steep! I guess it's the tourist mall prices, but still, it was upsetting is all;(

A horrible and rude experience. The staff is incredibly rude. When you call to speak with a manager to share your experience no one ever answers the phone. They lock the doors before closing...
