VAMP Beauty was initally born in Kansas City, MO under Chelsea Kuzmin Makeup Design (Artist & Stylist). After successfully growing her bridal beauty business, Chelsea relocated to Portland, OR in 2015 to expand. Chelsea Kuzmin Makeup Design then transitioned into what is now known as one of the top local beauty professionals: VAMP Beauty. VAMP is now continuing to serve regional brides and clients seeking beauty services such as makeup, special occasion hair styling, and lash extensions!
