I called 4 times, to speak with someone as I need a safety deposit box. All 4 times it said everyone was busy use on-line services or schedule an appointment. Seriously
Maybe worse customer service than normal for BoA, which is known for poor service. These employees don't even answer the phone. And there were 17 people in line with one teller window open.
