Babushka Deli & Bakery

Felt obligated to look into my review on this being that I know I've love this place forever... I'm a sucker for eastern European grocery stores. I think they have the best bulk candy selection....

We were passing Oregon state and saw this store. The cakes were overpriced at $49.99 each. We bought 5 types of candies by weight. Four types out of five were old. The so famous Birds milk candies...

Everything is overpriced and I bought 2 bags of different candy, most of it was very old and stale. I will have to throw out most of it because no one is going to eat it.

The man and woman running the store were rude and dismissive, and didn't seem to care we were potential customers. The cream horns were exquisite. Too bad I won't go back because I like to keep...
