History

We are a husband and wife team that have been involved in the restaurant business for more than 13 years in the Pacific Northwest. We grew up in the restaurant business helping our parents establish 4 successful restaurants in Washington State. We spent some time in Chicago learning all the aspects of fine dining, from customer service to cooking techniques. Chef's background includes a degree in Restaurant Hospitality from St. John's University in Bangkok, Thailand, training and workling under Chef Pen Sritong (Thai House, Erawan, Jasmin, Thai Cafe, Washington State), Chef Ian Kittichai (Issaya, Bangkok, Thailand), Chef Micheal Taus (Coppervine, Charlie Trotters, Zealous, TAUS authentic, Chicago, IL), and spent some time at ML Royal Equisite Cooking school.
