King City Rehabilitation and Living Center offers an experienced nursing staff and programs appropriate for the caring of medically complex patients. The center offers physical and occupational therapies, respite and terminal care, speech pathology, subacute medical services, 24-hour nursing and long-term care services. Its social work staff assists with discharge planning, equipment and home care needs, as well as provides long-range planning for the client's individual needs. The center is certified to accept payment from Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Administration and private pay. It is also contracted with various managed care companies. King City Rehabilitation and Living Center is a unit of Avamere Health Services and is located in Tigard, Ore.

My loved one was at a place to receive care . They got anything BUT They were constantly short staffed. I can not tell you how many times the staff mistreated people, along with physical abuse....
