Words cannot say enough of how harmful, toxic and horrible this place is. I can't give a negative 5000 rating. In 2 1/2 months, my friend had ONE shower, isolated in her room, neglected, abused....

Just like all the other nursing homes in the Medford surrounding area of Oregon as is the same as they are in the areas of Florida nobody's ever there after 5 I don't know how them poor people...
