The new Ava Roasteria in Tigard on Main Street is open! Great coffee, the Apple Strudel is worth the price. Great space and vibe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

The coffee and sweet treat I had was great. May be difficult to get seating. Maybe not the best place to meet a friend to catch up. A little cold (temperature) and noisy.
