Started as relaxation practice in southeast Portland, Autumn Peterson Massage now focuses on therapeutic and rehabilitation bodywork incorporating her massage and physical therapist assistant license.

Located on the 3rd floor of a 100 year old craftsmen in the historic Irvington District, Autumn Peterson Massage is a bodywork practice guided by the principle of health through motion. Sessions take place in a lovely and peaceful studio suite. Autumn has 15 years of bodywork experience. She has worked with professional cycling teams, chiropractors, runners, dancers and many folks who sit at a desk. She uses techniques from deep tissue, trigger point, thai massage and structural integration in her sessions. Many of her clients describe her work as a 'relaxing physical therapy session'. Being connected to the community and incorporating physical sustainability and well being is an important objective to Autumn. Autumn recently earned her physical therapist assistant license which has enabled her to help with exercises and stretches to strengthen and maintain your body's flexibility.
