Great location, horrible management. The location is nice, but if it's not the water, mold, loud neighbors, etc., the incompetence of the management alone will make you want to leave.

Not impressed. I have lived here for about 10 months and I'm already tired of this place. Which is unfortunate because the staff really draws you in with their friendliness and cooperation....
