This doesn't mean that a qualified technician can't come out to your house, but the first step is always the diagnosis. This is where we deliver both time and cost savings for you. Our initial starting point of diagnosing your broken appliance over a Video Call (Zoom), we can provide accurate diagnosis at YOUR convenience and at a savings of 50%! Once we determine the source of the problem with your appliance, we'll let you know during the call as well as order any needed parts, and schedule an in-home appointment for the repair technicin to complete the process for you. If you're handy, you also have the option of booking a second appointment with one of our certified technicians, who can guide you through the repair process. Our Appliance Repair Technicians (Appliance Gurus) are certified appliance repair veterans with over 10 years of experience (on average) providing appliance repair services.
