I counsel adolescents, teenagers, couples, individuals, and families. I specialize in helping couples, teenagers, blended families and have advanced training in structural family therapy. I work with a broad range of issues that include depression, anxiety, anger, domestic violence, broken relationships, divorce and utilize EMDR (which is counseling that desensitizes traumas and reprograms the memory to a more favorable response), bipolar disorder and substance abuse. If you are looking for a Christian counselor, I am the one for you, however, this will not be imposed upon you. My approach to therapy is eclectic.
