For a city of under 2000 people, I have to say I am very impressed with this gym. The equipment is older, but there's more types than even my Anytime in Portland has.

It's not the biggest gym like at 24 or golds but it has your cardio machine your bench press good selection of dumbbells crowbars etc cable machines and also a bunch of other type of workout...
