Small gym with enough equipment and exercise programs to keep you fit. Plus it is open to members 24/7. The office staff hours are during the day time. They also have certified trainers to help...

As a boutique gym, they have all the equipment I need. My wish is that they had different classes, or had their HIIT class included in cost for membership. I would love to see Les Mills classes...
