Amy E. Dodson, OT

Dr. Joanna E. O'Leary is a board-certified neurologist in Portland, OR. She is also the co-medical director of the Providence Movement Disorders Center. Her practice focuses on movement disorders and general neurology. Dr. O'Leary became a neurologist to work with patients who have challenging diseases. She also enjoys working with a large number of general neurology patients.

Constance Liu is an occupational therapy provider in Portland, OR. She began working at Providence Health and Services in acute care primarily with post-operative orthopedic procedures. She transitioned to outpatient hand therapy and concussion therapy December 2016; she earned her certification in hand therapy (CHT) in 2020. She is continually interested in learning about new procedures/protocols, diagnoses, and treatment approaches to better serve her patients of all age groups.

Boris Rozenberg, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-West Hills. He enjoys building lifelong relationships with his patients and staying up to date on the latest medical advances so he can help them make the best health decisions for their individual circumstances. “All people have unique qualities and values that are important to them,” he says. “It’s my job to take those into account to provide the best patient-centered care that I can.” A graduate of the University of Washington, he attended medical school at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Dr. Rozenberg speaks Russian.
