African Youth & Community Organization

Founded in 2009, the African Youth & Community Organization (AYCO) is a culturally specific nonprofit that serves the East African immigrant and refugee community in the Portland Metropolitan Area. With a mission to nurture a strong cultural identity and provide inclusive educational and economic opportunities, AYCO aims to settle the past, engage the present, and inspire hope for the future.
