This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The only way to book a room is to text them. They do not respond to texts or emails. We sent dozens of requests to book a room....

Booking was EASY and they were fast to respond and confirm. The day of they let us know in the AM we were being moved to another Queen room and this one had and even more amazing view than the one...
