It tastes like an open faced burrito! Yum. Great portion size for the money. It has a crepe/tortilla consistency on the bottom with beans, cheese, shredded lettuce, crema and sliced avocado on top.
By far, my favorite of the carts at the Mercado! The Huarache Acorazado is my go to and is fantastic everytime. The service is super friendly as well.

I had the Adeles Huarache today. It was wonderful! It was a huge portion and the salsas added so much. I've been struggling with Portland's version of Mexican/Central American food, so many places...
