When our principle consultant & Licensed Property Manager Jim Straub decided to expand his services to the general public, he made a conscious decision to form a small company focused on maintaining excellence through individualized customer service. As a member & President of the Rental Owners Association, partnered with his landlord support & consulting services expertise, Mr. Straub is in touch daily with the needs & challenges faced by landlords & real estate investors today. As a result, he has developed a strong foundation of practical hands-on experience combined with a deep understanding of local, state, & federal landlord-tenant, rental property & fair housing laws.
