Abigail Kastner

History

Abigail is a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #59958), Reiki Master, Cupping Practitioner, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Completion Process and Parts Work Practitioner, as well as a member of Yoga Alliance, the Reiki Membership Association and the American Massage Therapist Association. Abigail graduated with Honors in the top of her class from National Holistic Institute, one of the best schools in the nation. With over 1200 hrs of intensive training from the East and West, her passion for healing continues to drive her to learn and master new modalities, such as Cupping, Inner Child and Shadow Work. Abigail is also a Yoga Teacher trained in various styles of Yoga and Meditation. Abigail's journey began over 15 yrs. ago with her love of Reiki, a style of Japanese Energy Work. The profound and powerful ways Reiki helped her heal after unexpectedly losing her mother, inspired her to initiate her training to become a Reiki Master and begin to follow the path of health and wellness.
