Friendly staff and it's one of the few places around to recycle metal. However, I was told over the phone that the rate for refining silver was 88%. In reality it was 73%. They offered me a check...

Great place good service. It can get busy around the holidays when folks want to cash in precious metals, but worth the wait. No room to bring extra friends and family. Leave them in the car....

these people are professional con artists. i gave them 29oz of gold filled wire to refine for me and i know gold filled wire is by law 5% gold by weight which should have yeilded me roughly 1.4oz...
