Join us for a Contrast Therapy Session (Sauna and Ice Bath) with coach facilitated breathe work to help calm and reset your nervous system while upgrading your performance and building connection. Our session protocol consist of two rounds of hot and cold exposure. You start in a 190 degree sauna for 20 minutes. Then jump into a 40 degree commercial grade Ice Bath for up to 2 minutes. Rest then repeat! The whole experience is coach led to ensure your experience is both memorable and enjoyable. This experience is best with friends, family, teammates or as a corporate retreat, as struggling is always better together! Singles are welcome too and it’s a great way to meet like minded performance driven individuals. We look forward to seeing you at our next event!
