Very friendly staff and wonderful experience! We took our two poodles for a bath and haircut and they did an amazing job!! Definitely recommend!

Charged a $50 fee for being an hour late in picking up our pet. They ONLY allow your pet to be there 3 hours max. No customer centric or accommodating at all!!!
