The people that work there are extremely rude and super unprofessional. The manager Tracy is the worst manager I've encountered anywhere. She clearly had to have known someone to get the job....

I received a check in the mail and I called to find out if I could pay the loan with auto pay if I cash the check and I was told yes and they would set up auto pay so I was under the impression...
