History

I left my job as Chef for Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore OK looking to start something on my own. I had done every position in a restaurant from dishwasher to general manager and felt I needed to do things the way I wanted them done and to have that ability all the time. It was offered to me to take over renting two kitchens from our local coliseum venue. I would take care of all the events at the coliseum and I could kick off my catering out of them as well. I jumped at the opportunity and have enjoyed growing nothing into something I can be very proud of.

We provide fresh, tasty food at an attractive rate. Specializing in Weddings, School Events and formal finding engagements we can accommodate most guests with the perfect menu for their event.
